Once again, Second City Gym is able to bring you the next set of cards, before they’re available in stores! This set continues the amazing LEGEND & Prime cards. We are bringing back Theme Deck Challenge, in Team Battle Format, for Undaunted… because the decks have been given more playable cards and come with an extra booster! Don’t miss these events, the chance to play your friends and get an early look at the new set!

Saturday August 7, OSFL School – Granada Hills (San Fernando Valley)

We have TWO seatings for the main event. Register after 9:30AM for the 10:15 event, or register after 1:30PM for the 2:00 event. See our official event announcement on the Pokemon.com site.

Main Event Admission $25 – 6 boosters from the Undaunted set to make a 40 card deck and play 3 rounds. Tournament participation prizes include 2 more Undaunted boosters, and, while supplies last, a special Undaunted promo card and special (to be revealed) Undaunted themed gift. You may only play in 1 main event, but you may also play in a Theme Deck Challenge!

Theme Deck Challenge, Team Format $25 each player – The way you like Pokemon, TEAM style! The new upgraded theme decks come with an Undaunted booster included. You get two more boosters and can use all 3 plus the Theme Deck to make your competition deck. Theme Deck Challenge participation prizes include 2 more Undaunted boosters, and, while supplies last, a special Undaunted promo card and special (to be revealed) Undaunted themed gift.

Video Game League. As usual at this location, we will run a Video Game league for registered Trading Card Game competitors! Bring your DS and HeartGold SoulSilver game and battle GS Cup on Wi-Fi according to official VGC rules for free prizes! Be sure to follow the Battle Rules and Pokemon Restrictions sections on the official VGC regulations page. Download and fill out a Team Information Sheet.
